MEET THE OWNER

EMMA FIMRITE

Emma Fimrite was born with the horse bug. From a young age, and still today, horses were all she wanted to think about. At age 7, she got her first horse - a 14-hand Morgan-Arabian gelding named Blackie. That was the start of a lifelong passion.

Today, Emma enjoys training all kinds of horses. Having sold over 100 horses all over North America, her career has taken off in a wonderful way. Whether it's selling a high-quality prospect to a show home, or finding a nervous rider the horse that will restore her confidence, Emma is committed to improving the industry.

Her commitment has been noted by professionals in the horse world, and she is known for her integrity, professionalism, passion, and honesty.

Emma grew up in a small town near Grande Prairie, Alberta, born to non-horsey parents. Fortunately, her grandparents rode, and she was encouraged to ride every chance she got. After her first horse passed away, Emma continued to ride horses through elementary and high school, trying all kinds of disciplines. From barrel racing to jumping, liberty to gymkhana, if there was a horse, she wanted to ride it. Once she graduated high school, she enrolled in a business program at Northwestern Polytechnic. Unsure what to do with her life, she continued to train horses on the side to help pay for tuition.

It was shortly after her first five-figure sale that her dad encouraged her to start her business. A year later, she walked away from her part-time job and a full-time Accounting offer, taking a leap of faith into her business. Not long after, she was selling horses year-round while still pursuing her degree. While Emma finished her degree in Business, with a major in Accounting, her full commitment now was to the horses.

Excellence has always been what Emma strives for - and her business has been incredibly successful. Horse sales have taken her all over North America, landing her in New Jersey at the historic Hamilton Farm, the mountains of Wyoming, the desert of Arizona, and the charm of Ponoka, to name a few. Her horses quickly became highly sought-after, with daily requests rolling in. She continues to rise in the industry as a businesswoman and a horse trainer, and the quality and professionalism of her sales only increases as time goes on.
